THE ROOMS

All our rooms have TV's, DVD's, large fluffy towels and Molton Brown toiletries as standard, along with a well stocked hospitality tray. Wireless broadband connectivity is also available.

Unfortunately the lodge is not suitable for children under the age of 12. We are strictly a Non Smoking establishment.

The Suite - Room rate FROM £105 to £165

A very luxurious and well appointed suite of rooms on two levels with oak flooring throughout.

BEDROOM - First floor elevation. King size sleigh bed with large flat screen digital TV. Stylish and comfortable chairs.

SITTING ROOM - A mezzanine room with Velux windows giving a light and airy feeling. Features a leather sofa, chair and dressing table. Another large flat screen digital TV and drinks chiller.

BATHROOM - A large luxurious room with a very large shower and separate bath. Please note that the bathroom shares the same level as the sitting room i.e., there is a requirement to climb the stairs to the bathroom from the bedroom.

Vendale 1 - Room rate FROM £95 to £125

The Vendale rooms are located in a separate building about 20 yards from the main house. They are spacious, light and airy rooms but cannot boast great views.

Spacious with a 6’ super-king size bed, sitting area, large TV and DVD player. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The room has a fridge in which fresh milk and complimentary mineral water are provided each day.

Can be made up as a twin bedded room on request

A lovely room in which Daniel Radcliffe stayed (it is far from a cupboard under the stairs!!) when he and the cast and crew stayed with us in November 2010 whilst filming The Woman in Black.

Vendale 2 - Room rate FROM £85 to £120

Located on the first floor, Room 1 is a large double room with a 6’ king size bed and ensuite shower room (no bath)

Room Two - STANDARD Room rate FROM £70 to £95

Located on the first floor overlooking the car park Room 2 is a double room (standard 4'6" bed) with ensuite shower room.

Room Three - STANDARD Room rate FROM £70 to £95

Located on the first floor with views to the hills as at the front of the house, Room 3 is a double room with 5' king size bed and en-suite shower/wc

Room Four - STANDARD Room rate FROM £70 to £95

Located on the first floor with views across the hills as at front of house, Room 4 is a double room with 5' king size bed and ensuite shower/wc

Room Five - STANDARD Room rate FROM 70 to £95

Located on the first floor, overlooking a neighbour's garden, Room 5 is a double room (standard 4'6" bed) with ensuite shower/wc

Room SIx - STANDARD Room rate FROM £70

Located on the first floor overlooking a neighbour's garden, Room 6 is a double room with 5' king size bed - please note the private bathroom is outside of the bedroom (i.e., not en-suite). The bathroom is not shared with other rooms.

The bathroom features a full size bath with shower over facility.

Bathrobes are provided

Room Seven - PREMIUM Room rate from £80 to £110

Located on the second floor at the front of the house, Room 7 is a double room with 6' king size bed. The ensuite has a bath only (with shower attachments for washing hair) - it does not have a 'stand-up' shower.

Can also be made up as a twin-bedded room upon request

Bathrobes are provided

Room Eight - PREMIUM Room rate FROM £85 to £120

Located on the second floor at the front of the house, Room 8 is a spacious double room with 6’ super-king size bed, sofa, two comfortable chairs and ensuite shower/wc (no bath)

Views over the village rooftops and the dales to the west.

As well as the standard facilities this room also includes a large flat screen digital TV and a fridge.

Can be made as a twin upon request.

Room Nine - PREMIUM Room rate FROM £80 to £110

With contemporary styling, this double ground floor room, features a 5' king size bed and oak flooring.

Ensuite shower room (good size shower but room in itself not large.....big enough for one though!!), flat screen digital TV and a fridge complete this stylish and popular room.

Booking details and conditions

Terms and Conditions for Grassington Lodge

Minimum Stay:
We have a minimum 2-night stay at weekends, although single weekend nights may be available at short notice. At quieter times, single weekend nights maybe available for booking in advance at a supplement of £10. Please note that for Bank Holiday weekends we may only offer a minimum of 3 night bookings.

Deposit:
A deposit equating to approximately 30% may be taken on booking, the balance payable on departure. We will send you a confirmation of the booking, advising you what the outstanding balance is.

Prices:
The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated. We accept the following forms of payment:
cash, cheque with bankers card, debit cards, credit cards

Pets:
Pets are not permitted.

Cancellation and Insurance:
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. The 30% (approximately) deposit which you have paid will be returned if cancellation is made up to 14 days before your booking, less a £10 administration/card fee. For cancellations made up to 7 days before your booking, or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking value plus a £10 administration fee. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

Non-availability:
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival:
Your accommodation is available to you from 4pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please note that we have a staff break between 1pm and 4pm. Advising us of your planned arrival time is always appreciated. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7pm

Departure:
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11am on the day of departure, although we are happy to discuss a later deprture. Payment of your bill would be appreciated immediately after your breakfast on your day of departure or before. As there are no extras your bill can be paid on arrival or at breakfast time on any day of your stay.

Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of £30 if you did not report this.

Liability:
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Data:
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.
