THE ROOMS
All our rooms have TV's, DVD's, large fluffy towels and Molton Brown toiletries as standard, along with a well stocked hospitality tray. Wireless broadband connectivity is also available.
Unfortunately the lodge is not suitable for children under the age of 12. We are strictly a Non Smoking establishment.

Room nine - Room rate £100.00
With very contemporary styling, this large double ground floor room, features a King size bed, oak flooring and leather seating.
Ensuite shower room, large flat screen digital TV and a fridge complete this stylish room.
Booking details and conditions
All prices quoted are for 2009 and are per night based on two people sharing (inclusive of breakfast). Discounts may be available for midweek (Sunday to Thursday) multi-night stays.
We have a minimum 2-night stay at weekends, although single weekend nights may be available at short notice (no more than 24 hours prior the date). Please note that for Bank Holiday weekends we will only take a minimum of 3 night bookings.
A deposit of 10% of the booking value may be required at the time of booking. This will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date - less an administration fee of £5.
Should reservations be cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the reservation value unless we can re-sell the room. If the room is re-sold, an administration charge of £10 will be deducted from the deposit. No deposit is taken when bookings are made on-line.
All prices include VAT at standard rate
Children over 12 are welcome but no pets please.
We reserve the right to charge an extra £5 per room per night for wedding bookings.
